Auction FAQ
Q. How do I participate in the auction?
A. All interested bidders must register on the auction platform and await approval. You must have a valid credit card to verify your account.
Q. Where do I register for the auction?

Q. My propstore.com account credentials do not work for the auction.
A. A separate Prop Store auction account is required for the auction platform. Please create an account if you have not already.
Q. When does bidding close for each lot?
A. Each lot is open for bidding for 12 days (all lots close November 11) from the commencement of the Auction. If any bid is placed within the final minute of the Auction Period, the Auction Period will automatically be extended by 1 additional minute. Please note that the timer may reflect that the remaining Auction Period is “0” but the Auction Period has not concluded because it has been extended by a bid made within the last minute. It is the bidder’s responsibility to refresh the page to determine whether the Auction Period has been extended. In any event, the Auction Period for any lot shall not be deemed completed until it states “Closed.”
Q. In what currency is the auction run?
A. This auction is run out of Prop Store’s Los Angeles auction and all bidding takes place in US Dollars.
Q. Will there be any premiums added to the hammer price?
A. A Buyer’s Premium of 18% will be added to all winning bids in online timed auctions.
All customers within California will be charges sales tax at the prevailing rate (currently 9%).
Shipping will be calculated and added using our preferred shipper FedEx. A shipping estimate is available within each auction lot page.
Q: When will I receive my invoice?
A. Invoices will be sent one business day after the auction closes. Payment must be received within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash (to a limit) and bank transfer. Paypal is not accepted.
Q. Are you offering Payment Plans for auction wins?
A. Payment plans of up to a maximum of 3 months are available for any lots with a final hammer price of over $100. Terms and Conditions apply.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes. A shipping estimate is available within each auction lot page. Email [email protected] with any additional shipping inquiries.
Q. Can I combine shipping?
A. We are happy to combine all auction wins into one shipment.
Q. Can you declare my package at a low value to avoid import duty charges?
A. Prop Store must declare all packages at their full value, and the buyer will be responsible for all of the import duties and taxes charged by their local government.
